Service Quality  
We are committed to provide, in conjunction with industry, the Continuance Service of IT infrastructure to our customers by the implementation and maintenance of a Quality Management System complying with the ISO 9001:2008 requirements.

We aim to achieve this policy by  
1.Exceed the service requirements and expectations of our customers, to ensure we are their preferred service provider;
2.Develop a competent, innovative responsible and motivated work force;
3.Identify and adopt the most effective mode of knowledge transfer;
4.Developing staff’s problem-solving ability and interpersonal skills;
5.Instilling in staff the right kind of work attitude and professionalism;
6.Encourage and require, wherever appropriate, our business partners, suppliers and vendors to adopt equivalent principles.


Hotline Helpdesk:  
There is a hotline helpdesk support service provided by DCL to serve as a central support point to our customers. Our customer service operators will respond to the incoming calls immediately, those reported problems or queries will be logged down and further escalated to the corresponding support teams.
